Sally Luken, M.A.

Sally Luken, President of Luken Solutions, works with organizations and governments to solve social problems in the intersection of housing, homelessness, behavioral health and criminal justice. Sally is the housing consultant for Stepping Up Ohio, a national initiative to house and reduce jail days for people with mental health disorders and the Ohio Chapter of the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI-Ohio) for the Fulfilling the Promise campaign. Sally was instrumental in the development and opening of the $1.2MM Adam-Amanda Mental Health Rehabilitation Center and helped raise nearly twelve million dollars for mental health housing in Ohio. As a former federal HUD technical assistance provider, Sally trained and assisted over 20 communities across the country end homelessness. Sally was a state Director for CSH, a national nonprofit that invests in supportive housing. She is the recipient of the Governor’s Award for Excellence in Affordable Housing. She holds a bachelor degree in Social Work and a Master in Public Policy and Nonprofit Management from The Ohio State University.
